Repair Code
In order to track items during the repair process, HortiMaX uses repair codes. Please include a repair code with the item that you wish to have repaired and send it to our office in the Netherlands (address below). You will need one code for each item to be repaired.
A repair code remains valid for three weeks, during which time the item (including the repair code) should have been delivered to

To obtain a repair code, please click on Repair Code, complete the form and then click on Submit. The repair code will be sent to the E-mail address you have specified.
